Day 2...
 

It's 8am, and I have had approximately 3hrs sleep as I was reading through all the threads on AVRT.
My head is not foggy, and I feel inspired by it so did the crash course. Today, I will order the book
I really enjoyed reading those threads and was sad when they ended as there were very informative suggestions from all who contributed.

I really recommend reading “A Naked Mind”, too. That book plus the AVRT threads saved my life!

Thanks Sohard, it's going to take about a week to get the RR book, I know that The Naked Mind is on YT somewhere so I can start with that.
I have read all the AVRT threads (I think on here) but will go over them on a daily basis until I get the RR book

Nightshade, stick with us, read, read read. Your (Beast) IT hates you reading....because it knows knowledge will free you from ITs’ clutches and enable you to disassociate from ITs’ mouthpiece the AV. The AV has only one track: drink, drink, drink! Ugh!

I am actually looking forward to getting the book, and getting free.
Just not looking forward to sleepless nights etc. But I have a plan for that too - a bedtime ritual. Needs tweaking but will be in place shortly!
