I'm also taking Miralax. This is horrible. Been off the norcos for 9 days now but the constipation is still awful.

Least, are you sure this is because of the Norco? I remember you had that problem quite often long before you ever started taking Norco.

Yes, I did, but not at all to this degree, this severely. And also, I was better off then cause I was walking Billie a lot and that gave me the exercise I needed. No, this is way worse.

I had that problem when I wrenched my back earlier this year, least. I wasn't on any pain killers.
I'm no doctor but Suki could be right when she says it could be something other than the norco.

whatever the cause I hope that goes away soon too.

Yes, it could very well be something other than the norcos. I know one thing that's different tho, now I'm getting hardly any exercise. I'll call my doctor Monday and let him know this is still a big problem and ask him if there's anything else I can do to solve it.

This is so awful. I will NEVER AGAIN take opioids for any reason.

I forced myself to eat a good dinner but now have a terrible stomach ache. Not my stomach, but my lower abdomen. If someone told me now that I'm "full of it", I'd have to agree. And this on top of the compression fractures pain is just too much. I am sick of feeling sick to my stomach all the time.

I left a message with my doctor's nurse and she called me back and said to keep taking the stool softeners and drinking lots of water. I told her that I am doing those things but it doesn't help much.

^ keep reporting exactly how you feel and ask when it might be expected to improve.

I'll call them again tomorrow and ask just that. This is awful. Constantly feeling sick to my stomach and the bloating and cramps. This is as bad as the compression fractures pain. Worse, really, cause at least the compression fractures don't make me sick to my stomach.

What foods are you eating? Do you think you may
have an ulcer?

I don't think i've ever experienced them in my stomach
before, but do know folks have them if aggrivated by certain
foods.

Because I watch many crime shows on tv, there are many
sick in the head folks out there in the world that cause harm
to innocent folks, which is so sad. Anyway, i had a thought
and I hope i'm wrong, but the people that are helping you,
you don't think they would hurt you?

These shows i watch where a family member or someone
that is trusted would cause harm to the one they are helping
just to gain access to money or property for their own sick
gain.

I hope and pray that this isnt the reason why you
are having pains in your stomach and feet. Poisonous
chemicals can cause so much damage.

It could be just my concern and worry for you Least
and can't wait for your procedure to happen and you
are on the other side of pain. Freedom finally.
