Addiction was hard to quit from.
 

I never thought I would get addicted when I smoked. It just got me one day soon after I started smoking every day. I felt like I needed to smoke in order to concentrate. I didn't want to go without it. That was when I knew I needed to stop. It was hard, but I did it. I bought a book on addiction to help me through it and it worked. I'm not going back ever. Fear of addiction is keeping me from smoking and inhaling smoke just doesn't appeal to me anymore.

Yes, it's hard to concentrate during a nicotine fit. But the cure for the fit becomes the reason for the next fit. And round and round we go.
