sometimes the forum default is switched to 'show posts from last month' - I don't know why that happens.

14 for me. It was my New Year's resolution. I went about 9 months last year before I started again towards the end of the year. I go for my low dose CT scan in a couple of weeks to check for lung cancer because of my smoking history.
