Need to Quit
 

Hi Everyone I needcto quit badly. Especially for health reasons and its a filthy, dirty and unhealthy addiction anyway. I gave up before for 6 months with the help of nicorette spray and ready to try again. Wish me luck 🙏.

No luck on quitting those cigs, but a congruence of effort and desire will get you there. In two weeks, I will have been nicotine free for 35 years. Year one was hard. Will be 12,775 days on Halloween.
