I agree with Wisc-- you all are so inspiring! I hope you'll help me, too! My quit date is March 1. I am currently reading the Allen Carr book preparing for that day. Any tips, etc. will be much appreciated. Thanks!

Are you still nicotine free, Steely my old friend?

It's almost four months for me. It doesn't sound a lot but man it feels like a massive achievement. Not least because I now have the confidence that I will never, ever smoke again.
