Apparently it takes 11 days

Hey everyone

I know some of you are probably familiar. Allen Carr's book "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking" helped some of my friends. Thought I'd put it in a thread as a recommended read for to help all of us.

I haven't smoked in over 4 months with the help of the 12 stepa and Alan Carr's easyway book. It was not hard, and I smoked 30 plus years. I hope I never smoke again.
