367 Days no nicotine

I guess I forgot, lol. I quit with nrt on Dec 16, 2018. Took last patch off the 23rd of December, 2018 at 10am.
Not one puff or slip. It took 4 years to achieve this.

Thank you Dee.

Libby, we have a friend who has been on gum for years. Now he is starting to have stomach issues. My addiction counselor said the patch etc., were clean delivery mechanisms. Safe to use while breaking the habit and forming new ones. It will happen!

Is it true to say that there are only a couple of people here, or am I doing something wrong in accessing?

Maybe everyone bar me has QUIT!

You can do it Steely!

This is a less active part of the forum for sure.

I quit nicotine right around Christmas and spent Christmas Day in bed, moping. We had a ground beef casserole for dinner. Things got much better in the weeks and months that followed. Being so miserable on Christmas is what I would think of whenever I craved. I remembered ruining Christmas. Nobody else remembers it that way, god bless them.

For some reason I've only just seen your above post MLH. Thank you for your support.

Ground beef casserole for Christmas dinner. I reckon it was worth it.

Congratulations on being over a year smoke free.
