Quit smoking
Quit smoking
Today is day 4 without a cigarette. I was chain smoking and had to quit. I already feel better just more lazy/tired than usual. Going for a walk to clear my head. Also nine months sober. It feels good to be healthy.
I gave up today. If I'm honest I'd carry on smoking were it not for the possible consequences. I don't want to quit, but I have to. The problem is I like it. However, that is not an option anymore. Therefore I didn't buy any tobacco this morning and have almost made the day out. If I can do it for one day, I can do another tomorrow. It hasn't been too bad to be honest. Hope you're still free of it.

dude, it took me 3 months to find 24 hours, and it took me 3 days of camping in a desert basically locking myself from the world! Its a hard thing, but stick with it, it will stick eventually.....Each time you get some time.....your brain takes notice! Good luck! after about a week, it got a lot easier for me. Also congrats on sobriety, thats huge!
