Day 1, Zyban rocks!
 

Hi all!

I started Zyban on October 02, stopped drinking and today is day 1 not smoking.
It's suprising, I'm finding it really easy this time. Maybe because I was totally decided on quitting both addictions. Who knows. But the Zyban is helping me keep calm. I'm a bit foggy but it's better then killing myself slowly.

Ho, I also applied the same AVRT technique as I did with booze. Made a big plan. I will never smoke again and will not change my mind, ever

It's because zyban is actually an anti-depressant. It just makes you happy. It wasn't designed to stop you smoking but someone found out that it could do that some point and it is now marketed as a smoking cessation treatment. It's also not recommended to be used in anyone with a history of drug or alcohol abuse.
