109 days
Hello
It's been a very long time since I was here, but here I am again.
109 days so far, I started on Champix, but packed that in after a month as it was messing with my head a bit.
I probably think of cigarettes twice a day now, but it's a little thought, not the big early days ones.
If I can get to 109 days with a partner smoking around me, you can.
