Hi Ben,
I don't like the wee dark hours of the night either. That's one of the reasons I never keep alcohol in the house, because it would make those times even harder.

I am so sorry I missed your post last night. I too suffer from some pretty severe insomnia.. I usually hang out here at SR,, but that doesn't help much if you have to get up and go to work.. Although it helps me to share my ES&H with new people that come in, and it also helps me, to read old posts..
Do you read much? Reading helps alot of people sleep. Not sure about you? But I'm sure there is a local library somewhere in your area, and there are some really great books out there on addiction. I like non-fiction the best..
