morning

good morning everyone. Just wanted to tell everyone to have a superb sober day. It is like 100 degrees and so humid where i am. I was just wondering what its like in other parts of the world temperature wise?

Very Hot here.....same....99 and very HUMID !!!!! So I will be in the pool as much as possible today ......

Going to the Beach, they say 100 and humid but not at the beach we be hovering a cool 85 or so...

but inland 10 miles or so west of the beach

turn on the AC

I'm in Texas close to Houston so it is Hot, sticky, humid and the mosquitoes are loving it LOL! I don't think we've hit 100 yet but with the humidity it feels like more than that in the afternoons.

Regardless, everyone have a wonderful and enjoyable and most of all SOBER Saturday.

It's a great day to be sober!

hot hot hot yesterday was 108 here and is suppose to top that today! Better go outside and enjoy it

see, this is sort of enlightening. not so serious today. Just wondered Vic, in which state might you be in that 108 is outdoor weather? lol. that is freakin hot. Unless its arizona. And 2dayzmuse, if i might ask, are you in the state of washington, or d.c? I have been to 29 states but know nothing about my own country and its provinces, in Canada. Not a proud thing to say but i grew up in border town so my life is pretty americanized.

Here in downtown Wiltshire, England, its been 84F today, expected 86F tomorrow and 90F by Tuesday. Too hot for me! Our 2 week summer break starts next saturday, so expect temperatures of 65F to 70F as always when we go to cornwall for sun and surf! Cornwall is the place to be for surfing in England and my two boys spend the whole time surfing come wind or rain, but my wife and me seem to spend the whole time trying to stay warm ......

On a more specific point, this year I will be hanging back on the beer and wine as I need to do. I'm not there yet with the sobriety, but I am cutting back big time. I've found that grapefruit juice, ice and soda is a great substitute for beer, and it tastes nice too.
