The last time I went out in Manhattan for dinner, I loked around to see who was drinking and how much out of curiosity. I was surprised to discover that only 1 out of 5 or 6 people were drinking alcohol. It shocked me. I assumed EVERYBODY had to have "wine with dinner", which is, by the way, one of the most profound lies I have ever lived. It was more like, "wine instead of dinner" or "wine before, during, after, and waay after dinner"

That is so funny and so familiar! Right there with ya!
I will be curious the next time I go out to replicate your experiment. I guess I always just assumed that EVERYONE drinks wine with dinner, from my background I guess. I need to learn a new way to live.

For women...Daily
1 1/2 ounce of liquor
1 8 oz beer
1 glass of wine..5 oz
