I did it, I felt totally at peace, I lit two and then I lit 4 more and stuck them in the ground waving them, sending up good thoughts. WOW , JUST WOW

It isn't dark enough here for sparklers yet, but the bottle rockets are going crazy next store. It is going to be a long, long night. I have to get up at 5:00 A.M tomorrow. Last night the fire truck went whizzing by. Some fire works caught a vehicle on fire. Never a dull moment...

It wasn't dark here either but it was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed it to celebrate our recovery was pretty awesome and intense.

Yes, I do like your avatar Vic and yes I do feel free. The fourth of July used to be a very bad time for me. Today it is just another day, but a good day. Tomorrow is my sobriety date. I took my last drink 2 years ago on the 4th. I'm reminded that I am free from the bondage of booze and happy to be sober.

we just got in and I the sparklers were beautiful....fireworks everywhere !!!
I am going to sit on the deck and finish watching them Happy 4th to all and conrats Muze on 2 yrs that is freedom ....
