I think someone already mentioned Anthony Kiedis. He is my favorite sober famous person. No one looks hotter in a kilt than he does! I read that the song "Give it Away" is actually sort of a nod to AA and recovery in that he began to understand and experience the gifts of paying it forward.

Wow this is an inspiring thread! I know it's from March but thanks. Heading off to bed shortly, and I'm going to lie there for a little while and inform my addictive voice that most of the cool kids that I've ever heard of are in recovery.
