Maybe it has been around for awhile, but I just noticed the thanks - thanked portion under people's name. I'm kind of curious as to how long it has been around and how it works. Any info. would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ok, am I blind or what??? I saw this being discussed on another board. I've looked but I don't see a Thanks button or whatever. Where is it and how do you use it? Inquiring minds NEED to know LOL!
