Well I was on the phone with Dell for many hours again yesterday and also working on the roof. Dell is full of :bsflag: that is all I have to say. FINALLY I got them to agree to send me a Hard Drive that is going to have both the C and D Partitions, also images, also all software. They are also going to get it to have a 160GB instead of the 80GB so I guess that is good:cool: Time for another day to :MusBand: Have a great day...and remember WE REFUSE TO GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!
