I am glad that you went to that meeting! Why do we always resist what is best for us?
I am so glad that you came back to SR, too! Tonight I am 2 weeks sober. The change is difficult, but I am not ashamed and am actually starting to like myself just a very little bit.
I am sorry that you had such a horrible experience yesterday, but I am glad that you had the courage to take responsibility for it.
