Well yesterday was 11 months sober for me, it feels great that I have come this far, I am so grateful to be sober but I am still having a hard time dealing with some of my emotions and my train of thaught. Thes tow things are the only things that bother me and I just wish they would go away. For instance when I am talking to someone my mind seems to wonder alot, I cant just think about what the conversation is about if that makes sense. Any way I am glad that I have 11 months and I wouldnt trade this for anything.

Awesome stuff, my friend. 11 months of beautiful miracles!! That is such a great accomplishment and I truly mean it when I say that I am sooo proud of you. It isn't easy to get 11 months but hard work and that desire for your sobriety is keeping you on the path where the life truly is. I'm happy for you!

Congrats..... I remember when I started on this forum you and I were within a couple months of each other of being here. Seems like yesterday...I am proud of you for this sobriety what a great feeling that must be. Good Job !!!!

As for your wandering thoughts... perhaps the conversation was just boring? Perhaps you were tired? Perhaps you were hungry? Perhaps you just had a lot on your mind?
