5 months for Daddysgirl!!

I just read in Sugasnaps thread that you celebrate your 5 months today. It's so terrific to see so many happy newly sober people. It really is good for my head to see all your success stories. Thanks for sharing here!

5 MONTHS!!!!! That's almost a half of a year....that's GREAT! Congratulations. I will hit my first month today (at 8pm -many hours from now).

THANK YOU, ALL!! You should have heard the sound come out of my mouf (mouf - LOL) right now. I'm sure my neighbors are calling 911!! LOL! THANK YOU SO MUCH. Boy, what a whirlwind the past 2 days have been. I'm SOO thankful for all of you, really. YOu make me feel like my determination to stay sober is not in vain.

Winelover, you are SO sweet. I'm so glad you're back.

To the rest of you - my eyes are FINALLY filled w/ happy tears!!

If anyone is still struggling and thinking about rehab or detox, I wrote about my stay over in the Spirituality thread. I am SO thankful that SR gave me the courage to admit myself!!

Good for you DG!!! Keep up the good work. I knoe that it feels good to have an accomplishment as this, just wait until 6 months and then a year and before you know it, 5 years. Congratulations!!!!!
