Help me to understand
I've recently started dating a guy that is now five years into sobriety. I am new to all this but wanting to understand him and what he has gone through and what I can do in the future. He has given me some literature to read but I think talking to others in my situation would be most beneficial. Anyone care to share?

Let me just say great it is to hear someone who is taking an interest in learning about what someone they care about went through in hopes to better their relationship. More people should be like you. You should be proud.
