craving a drink

I know that I am not going to drink tonight but that thought is still causing a lot of noise in my head. I'm hearing the thought of how good a drink would make me feel.

Ironic how it always tell us how good it could make me feel but it never, ever will tell me how bad or how low it will drop me down. Face down in the ground. :c002:

I'm almost done with day 4 of being 100% completely free of alcohol and drugs and I am feeling better.

I talked to a lady tonight at a meeting and I'm thinking of asking her to be sponsor.

I hate when thoughts of drinking start roaring loudly in my head. Thankfully, I am now living in the solution instead of the problem.

Just wanted to vent and get this out.

Just do it! Pray for the courage...

Asking someone who knows how to stay sober, one day at a time, to be your temp. sponsor is not like picking out a wedding dress. :)
