I may very well try the algae. I take a prenatal vitamin every day now, but if I ate better, I probably wouldn't need it. And I HAVE TO eat better now.
I've been a regular exerciser for years, cardio and lifting, though I have bumped it up over the past month or so. It's the smoking, eating, and caffeine that are going to be tricky. I'm going to visit some of the other forums around here soon.
