Don't be discouraged. I admire your resolve to go at it! I have had more "day 1s" than I care to admit. I am on day 4 of sobriety right now. It's easy to get discouraged and overwhelmed, but realize that you are fighting the good fight and it really is worthy of your effort. Take care and God bless.

Hey Val, Don't beat yourself up about it. we all fall backwards sometimes, the only thing that matters is that we get up and push foward. I have relapsed several times and I have learned something from each one. I will include you in my prayers today.

Thanks Freedom, Skunkape, Betterdays, Carol, Dan, Prof, Susan, Gianna...I'm having a rough go of it and got off track. It seems everytime I leave this place for an extended period of time, I lose. It's good to be back. Hope each one of you are having a nice day and you've certainly made mine.

Good Morning Everyone! Well, I ate my way through Day 1 yesterday. I'm thinking I need to try something different to get through DAY 2.
Hope everyone has a great and sober day.

Hey Denise SOOO GOOD to hear from you, girl! I really have been trying to workout this morning and it CERTAINLY keeps me sane.
If we can get Gianna, Cathy, you and the rest of the gang together this morning, we can start some line dancing. YYYYIIIIIPPPPPPEEEE!
Loved hearing from you Cathy and Jupiter! Thanks to all of you for your support...I think I'm gonna make it today.

It happens. I have fallen off the wagon several times before I finally got it. I can't even promise I won't fall off again as it can happen. Don't let it get you down, just pick yourself up and keep on going.

Hi Brian and Betterdays,
Unfortunately, I've relapsed a "few" times too! But the replapses are getting fewer and farther between. I always learn something from each one.
There's a great AA chapter close by. I JUST need to keep going.
Thank you for being supportive. I'm feeling good today and trying to stay busy.

Hello By His Blood,
Thank you for the encouragement. Coming clean really IS a mental game! It's true that after awhile, using makes one feel worse. I'm going to do whatever it takes to stay on track this time....no matter what. We'll stay strong together.

Hiya Val-light... I'm so glad you picked yourself off and came back to give it another go! Hang in there. Each time I had to begin again I learned something new and it brought me another step closer to acceptance.
Hang in there you really can do it.
