Hey Mylons,

Try not to think of it as a "big" day. Just think of it as another day that ends in the letter "y". Don't dwell on the negative, just think that tomorrow you won't have a headache and you can start the new year fresh. Write down all the things you can accomplish sober. Take this opportunity to start new--only you can make this positive (and there's no reason to make it negative).

I'll check back periodically, but know that you are not alone.

Keep strong and take care.

Being sober and home alone is better than being drunk anywhere!

Hi...I'm home.Kids here with me, but thank god, they are all on their own computers, so I guess you can say I'm alone. What 's up?

Feeling a bit "hung over"...but, not from too much drink...not enough sleep. I am sleep-deprived this a.m. Ah, well...just have to take an early nap to get back to "normal".

Being alone can be ok and if not then I try to keep busy. It sure beats waking up in a cell feeling like hell...
