social anxiety
 

hello people.
I'm new here. I have social anxiety but I use alcohol in any situation that I feel anxious in which is like..everything. work, parties, even with family!
anyone else have sa or use alcohol for anxiety?
I heard that alcohol makes it worse but how?????

How or why I cannot tell you, but I know that I was just like you ,and had to drink before any social occassion, due to my " social anxiety" LOL

Since I have been sober, my anxiety has left ! No more panic attacks, or knot in the gut! GONE.
