I am on probation and tested dirty for weed, my po said he would give me a second chance and test me again but I dont know when, I see him every 2 weeks, I bought several home testing kits, testing myself about once a week, I have gotten mixed results sometimes it looks ok other times not so good, its been a month since I smoked, how long is the absolute max it will take to get out of my system?

Most of the time it can stay in your system about 45 days depending on you body fat since it stores in the fat cells.

But if he took your test he has a reading and knows it should be lower then it was when you last tested, thats usually how it works.

Whenever I do an intake and my local rehab which I volunteer on the weekends when they need me, I am required to do the same. Get a reading that why we have a gauge to go by.

Pot stays in the longest, meth, coke 72 hours usually, opiates vary depending on which one and how it was ingested.

It took almost 35 days for me to test clean, but my levels were going down the whole time. That is the important part at first. As long as the levels are going down, you couldn't be smoking. Hang in there.... You will be totally clean before you know it!!!!

It can, as suggested, stay in your system for quite a while. It spikes from fat cells, and depending on your usage, and the quality, do so even as long as 2 months later, altho' not super common.

The other variable is the sample which it is tested against. Purified lamb urine is genrally used, and the test can be set to different tolerance levels.

For example, if a rehab is doing the testing, all they care about is you have not smoked since checking in. Other tests can be much more sensitive.

If you have not smoked, they will know.

Yes I paln on staying sober, I am just frustrated that it is taking so long to test clean, I am upset that I am taking all the time and effort to stay clean only to test dirty again.
This really sucks.

I realize the levels are going to be going down, however the cutoff is 50 so if I get tested and it is still over the cutoff its still positive, I mean positive is positive right? is dosent matter if I went from 250 to 60, if its over 50, I get in trouble, correct?

My suggestion is to come clean with your PO in advance.Before you take your UA.I'm sure the consequences would be less severe than failing a UA.They really hate it when you lie to them or try and fool them.Then continue to stay clean while on probation.Whether or not you go back to using after that is your decision.

That's wierd my po didn't test me for over yeaR & 1/2, only
then it was require by law and paper work.
He pick days out of his butt to have me call him or visit.
half the visits....he'd ask me wtf I was doing there.lol
half the calls..he'll just pull more time/dates out of his butt
for me to call again. Maybe he knew somehow by the way i was living.lol

Oh.... he told that he wanted to choke the living crap out of me
when I was out there doing me thing. He told me they been wacthing
me for almost a year before I was ever hand cuffed.

Ok then, if it can be in my system for 6 months, how can they violate me?, plus when I came up dirty he said, "if you did smoke weed, DO NOT do it again" so I dont get it, why violate me for the weed I smoked 2 months ago, when he already saw that I did it, and its the same weed still in my system?
I can control what I do now, I cannot control whan I did weeks or months ago, whats his plan?

I have never heard of this but I can assure you it will not be detected through urine. Maybe a hair sample which costs to much. If its for legal reason I can alsop promise you the state/county does not and will not spend that much to find out if you spoking pot. Thats silly

I've had never failed a drug urine test for employment and what not.

You still don't get it ???
nobody whats to hurt you or be mean or ride your ass.
What good dose it do to send you to jail ?

There's only three things that can happen if you continue getting high.
Jail, institution, or death. Just trying to save your life/ass...that's all.
So there you have it, short , sweet, simple with no BS.

Btw..a lot of smart people tried to out smart this.

Perhaps yes, 2 months...........however, if it spikes from fat cells, one could test clean one day, and not another when the THC spiked out at a later date.

I tested positive with urine over 3 months after I quit, though I was a very heavy smoker. Generally what you have been told about levels in your urine is true though. If your level is higher than it was last time you tested you have obviously smoked and you may face the consequences. If it has gone down, and these guys do this all the time so they know about how much to expect it to go down, you probably won't have a problem. If you dont' smoke you shouldn't have a problem, if you try to "play the system" you may end up paying the price.

I was kind bummed when I DIDN"T get tested when I took my new job!!! I mean the first time in 15 years I actually could have passed one and they didn't even give me one!!!!
