that was night like I never had before
Last night I woke up shivering, within a few mins I was having unctrollable convulsions. I called an Ambulance and called Ken while I waited, he used some breathing techniques to arrest the convulsions.
The Ambulance guys say all my vitals are perfect and that it was ether a panic attack or I had a bad dream (cant remember) and was hyperventilating.
Anyway it subsided I slept and its 7am now and I am up with a huge headache and aching from head to toe, but I am goiung to work as I don't want to sit here on my own all day.
That was/is very scary, please keep me in mind.
Love Kevin

((((((((((Kevin))))))))))) I so sorry to hear that - that must have been extremely frightening. I'm glad you checked out okay, but it wouldn't hurt to follow up with your family doctor. Do you live alone? If so, maybe you have a friend who would stay over with you for a couple of nights until you've had time to get over your scare. It might help you cope better knowing you're not there alone. Huge hugs!

Thanks Alera, Chy and Margo.
I am going to the Dr even though I don't want too and Ken told me I could stay at his place for a couple of nights, I probably will.

Kevin...
I'll keep you in my prayers tonight. I am sure that was pretty terrifying! When you get home have a shower and get some good rest. Take care! You've got alot of people thinking of you!
Good guy, get to the Doc and try to get to the bottom of that. I still wake up in a sweat from drug dreams, but nothing as vivid as you describe. Best wishes for quickly getting it sorted out.
Yikes, that does sound scary! I've woken up from bad dreams shivering and freezing cold but never with convulsions. I agree, get to the doc as soon as you can, just for the peace of knowing what, or nothing, is wrong.
Prayers for you friend, perhaps it would be good to not be alone for a few nights in case it happens again. Has anything weird been on your mind lately?
