well, i did it

i fought off my first urge to drink again...i've only quit for 2 weeks now...but tonight i got the urget something powerful...and somehow...i managed to say NO...and boy it feels good...but exhausting...hopefully this will get easier...

Hi Galumphus. Congrats on your 2 weeks!! It does get easier!! It takes some time for those urges to go away. I still have them once in a while and it is 6wks for me today. keep coming here. It helps!

There are lots of tools out there to help you. AA, Books, Friends and Family, SR and other sites like it. keep up the awesome work!
