Not having a good day, feeling sick Flu like thing and for the first time in a long time feeling near the edge.

Thanks teach. I am at home, took the day off work as I really am unwell, have decided to stay close to SR and do a little painting.

I guess I have been going along well and have slowly drifted away from meetings , last one I went to was a week ago also I have not phoned my sponsor for a while. Yesterday I was full of the old stuff, poor lonely me ... when will it change .... I recognised that and simply went to bed, that didn't help kept waking up and feeling worse and worse as the night went on.

Right now, I am feeling calmer, my headache has gone, but I am aching from head to toe. Tomorrow I will be at the first meeting.

Still got the sads a bit, but taking my own advice and keeping busy.
