I am proud to say

That I have made it 30 days with out drinking. 3 days without smoking. Thanks to you all help I have an Anabuse free nondrinking experience for the first time in 17 years.

30 days is a long damn time to without a drink. Congrats.

Also on the smoking, it's tough to give up more than one thing at once.

the smoking is the hardest part. I wish the stores stopped selling them @ 11:00 like the booze stores.

Congratulations on your days sober and smokefree!! That is wonderful!! It will get better and better for you! I definely admire you quitting smoking,something I have yet to be able to accomplish!
