Hard work starting to pay off.

Even went to the gym today.

My mind is feeling good. That is the key. Gotta get your mind right

Hey great job!

Since I'm on the other side of the big pond, I'm already at a full 9.0 days!

I second the sentiment - feeling great, working out, eating right, fog is lifting.

And seriously, I haven't thought about 'zelfmoord' the whole time, whereas it was pretty much on my mind every day. (Yes, I'm too ashamed to put the english translation here...)

God, this feels great...

Yep, definately hard work, feels good doesn't it??
Good for you!!!!
This time when I got clean, I let life happen as well, I quit counting days, until I wanted to do something like you did here, then I would count, so I could toot my horn, that is a good thing to do But the other times when I was clean I always knew right to the hour I swear, how long I had been clean, lol, but that seemed to me a sense of torture, so I gave in and
like you did not keep up with the days, and they just began to add up as life went on. Then I would take notice, and suddnely it was a week, then it was a month, then 3 then 5 now 6.
Keep up the hard work, and the days will continue to add up....
We are definately pulling for you!!
Thanks for sharing..
Love, Becky

whohoo!!

Good job!! It does feel awesome doesn't it? Don't you wish you'd have done it sooner? But then you think if you had maybe you wouldn't have done so well as you are now LOL I know, thinkin' in circles here.

I hear you on getting back to the gym. I've also started working out, watching my diet better. Those things make you feel good both inside and out. Not only is it good for your body but good for the mind as well. Congrats on that!
