That's what I have to say about this!!! Thanks soooo much Eddie, and all of you for the congrats!!!
I am between tears and smiles.. Just SO grateful!!
I LOVE EVERY single one of you people here. NO kidding, I have said it before, and I truly mean it, because I don't know if I would have made it this far without SR. I have my doubts. I need all of you SO much!!
I have been around here since like, well, I'd have to look to be sure, but I think 2003,,
I have not made it, since 2003, for 6 months EVER.. NOT ever. But I have now.
I plan to make it the rest of my life, I REPEAT, I PLAN on making it clean and sober for the rest of my life, I just plan on doing that one day at a time...
I haven't been around here as much as I used to be lately, and that leaves me feeling a bit of guilt. But I was beginning to spend all day and night on my butt in front of the computer, so I needed to find some balance in my life, I believe I am beginning to do that.
I also do want to say, I do feel like a much different person than I did 6 months ago. I have changed in many ways. I still have a good share of my old problems, but now I am trying to face them a bit more head on, instead of completely numb. It hasn't been the easiest, but with the grace of god, and all of you, I am growing all the time. I do hope some of you see a change in me..
Again, THANKS to all of YOU!!! I owe all of you SO much!!

Becky, six months is amazing - you're an inspiration to newbies like me who see that it is possible :-) I'm so glad you've gotten this far and your life sounds so full of joy and hope!

Aw, Becky ~ I am so proud of you and so blessed to know you!
Since we've been 'hangin out', not only did I reach my own 6 months, but found a beautiful, sweet, kind friend who really understands the trials and tribulations of the first 6 months and now....we will make the next 6.
I honestly don't know if I could have made it this far without you!
