You're not alone! There were a lot of genuinely worried people out there after you posted your first thread and didn't "check in" for awhile.
This is a great place to be - I've never known an internet forum where the people have been so caring and supportive - not to mention a complete lack of the usual B.S. that permeates most internet forums.
Regarding the chat room - I'm not sure, as I've not used them either.
