i have suffered from OCD and anxiety all my life and i too
used alcohol to self medicate.now i'm an alcoholic and addicted to xanax.so now i'm drinking because of alcohol and xanax withdrawal.my doctor wouldn't prescribe xanax .she suggested i go to MENTAL HEALTH.it has helped me in the past and if you already aren't seeing a mental health worker maybe you should try and get an appointment.

I don't really have a choice, because I have a UTI

I drank and smoked dope for almost 25 yrs.................SURE wished I did something about it sooner!!!!!
