Hey Peppermint, congratulations to you and all the others. I am one day behind you and can't believe how good it feels. I walked up a hill today with my dog that used to kill me and I wasn't even winded! Every now and then the guilts and anxietys slip in but I have successfully beat them down. Not easy but so worth it.
