I have a pretty bad cold today and I got to thinking how this kind of illness like a cold is a natural thing, its a fact of life for everyone. I would take this feeling any day over a self induced illness like a hangover. Does any one know what I mean? And I am about to enter Day 7 and that is a great thing.
Hey Mister7-
Good work getting to day 7!! I had a bit of a cold the last couple days, and I can agree that it's way better than my self-induced hangovers. You're on the right road, and your cold will probably go away quicker now... Keep it up, we're rooting for you!!

Yeah!!
SEVEN DAYS-
GOOD FOR YOU!
That's 7 days into the journey that will take you further and further away from this horrible monster that binds you NO MORE!!
I know it's hard but you're tough. seven days!
I'm 96 days. This is a great forum. A few are behind us; many-many are ahead of us and offer incredible help on our road of recovery on good days and on days we hit emotional potholes.
Hope you're feeling better.

Way to go! Give yourself a little TLC, some orange juice and you will be feeling great in no time! I'm fighting a cold too and it sucked the wind right out of my sails. It's easy to get cranky and want to "pick up" but keep strong!
