I want help but...

I want to go to an AA meeting but I'm reluctant because my ex goes to them in my town. I do NOT want to see her. How can I get help without having to see my ex. Is there male only meetings? Thanks.

Go to another town if you can. She surely can't be at every meeting within driving distance.
