Going rehab to tues

Im so scared and nervous i will be away from family and boyfriend for 28 days. How well rehab work. Im willing to be fully commited to this. Im just scared to death. I detoxing myself right now and thats probably adding to my depression. I need all the help and support i can get! When i get out im going to start doing outpatient treatment. I guess im just scared of the unknown!

I was scared of the unknown. Still am. It is a very scary thing. The more the drugs get out of my system, the more I see the unknown is now the known and its not so scary anymore. Don't worry about tomorrow. Live for today.

Rehab is often a scary experience going in, but most will tell you it is a very positive experience in their lives. You will adjust quickly and learn alot. Just take some deep breaths and let yourself know that you are taking some positive steps in your life now. Take care.

I remember being right where you are, terrified. But that day my brother dropped me off at rehab was like the first day of a new life for me, and it will be for you to.

Remember, everyone there wants to help.
