Hello,

I'm NC Thunder (Mike) an alcoholic. I was surfing and found this site, checked it out, liked it, and decided to make it a place I will frequent.

Just want to introduce myself to the group and let you know a little about me.

I've been sober since 28 August 2003, and am from North Carolina. I think this forum is excellent as it provides resources for all types of addictions and all types of recovery.

I'm grateful to the admins who maintain this site. They have done a great job.

That's it. My two minutes are up.

I agree. Welcome aboard. Unlike regular controversial political type forums, where more people tend to be 'takers', you will find more 'givers'.

Still perusing through here myself and have been very impressed with the concern people show for one another.

And people play well with others here which is pretty neat!!!

Hope you enjoy it too. Maybe bump into ya on some other post one day.
I try to post occasionally when I have the tyme too.
