Sugar Sugar The guy that did the voice in the Archies cartoon is 60 today. Thought, I'd throw that in |
Ohhhhhhhhhhh my gosh, I was singing that song earlier....oh no no no I'm thinking like a male today.... that's just not right, it's unheard of LOL Cute song Chris...brings back a memory, so now I have to tell you. One of the kids that stayed at our home when I was young was mentally ********, he was so funny this little guy, he stayed with us for two years off and on so he could go to school...sad story but a good one too....anyway that song always makes me think of him, we had that record when the song would start, he'd sit in the kids little rocking chair and off he go almost flipping the thing backwards..LOL... Here's the song....number 3 gotta love the Archies. Wow that guy is 60 today, time has gone into warp speed I swear. http://www.angelfire.com/ok5/saloon/Oldies_Diner.html |

Do the Locomotion My little baby sister can do it withe ease come come on and do the locomotion with me |
Todd Rundgren - Love is the Answer...forget that Bang the Drum stuff, he hates it too. |
I love bang the drum LOL how can you go wrong with I don't want to work?? |
I understand, he just hates to be known primarily for Bang the Drum and Hello it's Me, can't blame the guy. |
I was worried some 21 years ago after getting seats 6 rows from the stage Todd might not even play Hello it's me. Might have been after he cut Utopia. Something Anything has always been one of my favorite albums |
Pretty sure he was still with Utopia 21 years ago, and you couldn't count on hearing Hello it's Me at those concerts. Hope you weren't disappointed. Hey Nogard, about Highway 61. Did you just get a good laugh? Not sure that was a happy song. |
hey mbtired, its not a happy song, but I love Dylan and could not at that moment think of a happy dylan song! Moody Blues - Say it with Love nogard |

I Can See Clearly Now I can see clearly now the rain is gone, I can see all obstacles in my way, Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind. It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright) sun-shiny day. It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright) sun-shiny day. I think I can make it now the pain is gone, And all of the bad feelings have disappeared, Here is the rainbow I've been praying for. It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright) sun-shiny day. It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright) sun-shiny day. Look all around, nothing but blue skies. Look straight ahead, nothing but blue skies. I can see clearly now the rain is gone. I can see all obstacles in my way. Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind. It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright) sun-shiny day. It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright) sun-shiny day. It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright) sun-shiny day. Just an old fashioned love song Playing on the radio And wrapped around the music is the sound of someone promising they'll never go. You'll swear you've heard it before As it slowly rambles on and on. No need in bringing em back Cause they've never really gone. Just an old fashioned love song One I'm sure they wrote for you and me, Just an old fashioned love song Coming down in three part harmony. To weave our dreams upon and Listen to each evening when the lights are low. To underscore our love affair With tenderness and feeling That we've come to know. You'll swear you've heard it before As it slowly rambles on and on. No need in bringing em back Cause they've never really gone. Just an old fashioned love song Coming down in three part harmony. Just an old fashioned love song One I'm sure they wrote for you and me. |
