My brother is on crack and wants to be clean. I have no idea where to start looking for help. He has no job and no insurance. Any info woudl help. He lives in Fairfax County.

Good to hear your brother wants help, admitting we have a problem is the first step.
Also , have a look around the boards here, there is an NA board as well as Nar-anon, for friends and family of addicts.

Hi my name is Vic and I am a recovering JUNKIE LOL and I know that it is hard but if he really wants help, lead him to an AA or NA meeting. For myself I have never been to a treatment facility, I hear that they are good but I have not had to go down that road YET. I do know however that the program works if you work it. I still do about 2 or 3 meeting a day, but sobriety is my main priority and he can do it there if insurance is a problem, I know he can cause I have now for almost 5 months
