Yes, VERY normal, for me it still is.. Your body is going through big changes, so that is very normal.

Yes DP...

Have you looked at this?

Have you prayed for peace?

Are you going to AA meetings and sharing there?

You can do recovery! Hold on!

In the first couple of weeks my mood could change every few minutes, apart from meetings, talking to people I learnt to accept it, its just emotions and good or bad they all pass, I just kept focused on my goal and still do, sober one day at a time.

Well done and hang in there.

thanks! thanks! thanks!

wow, that's scary but very helpful in acknowledging these symptoms This will make gettng past them easier because I know they are there for a reason. I have had trouble sleeping and bad headaches now...but, they just made me feel bad and I wanted to stop. Knowing that they are part of the process I can get through them with more perserverance thank you! On the 8th day!!!

Hang in there! I get some real doozie headaches too. I eat good then take 2 or 3 advil and it usually helps a ton. Drink lots of water too, thats what everyone tells me so I always have a big mug with lots of ice water in front of me.

Way to go on 8 days!!!!

Smile

Drinking lots of water is always good. Dehydration is a big problem and can cause all sorts of symptoms. Also, drinking water helps your body flush all the toxins out of your system.

Glad you found us! Hang in there.

Hugs--
