Rollercoaster
I just realised thats what its like for me these days a rollercoster ride of feelings and emotions. From Happy even Joyous to Sad or Angry. They keep coming thick and fast and I suddenly thought it doesn't matter whether I am feeling good or bad its all about having a goal, heading for it and sticking to it, the emotions will do as they please and I can just learn to let then wash over me.
What do you think, feel?

I have the same problem...all I do is just acknowledge what I'm feeling and ride it out. Here is what was taught to me:
If you are in a sail boat and a storm brews, you take the sails down and ride it out because if you fight it and keep your sails up, you are likely to capsize...(I hope I said it right.. )

Its fun/hobby, I am clearing about 5 acres to put olive trees in about 500 I think when I can afford them. Well I spent 3 hours doing it this morning, got a huge fire going and made a dent in the scrub. Wnat to come and help, its only round the corner (depends on how you look at it, lol). Now I am cleaning myself off and going to do some work on a Sat!!

A wild ride so far, eh nogard?
A required handout at any newcomer's meeting should be an AlkieLand (or, NarkieLand) "E" ticket. Hold on to yer socks, kiddos!!! It's lollapaloozer ride ahead! It's not the socks I'm worried about...it's the shorts.

I have found that after about 17 months I am still on the ride, but the peaks and valleys have levelled out somewhat so I don't have to hold on so tight. Thing is, I hope the ride never stops!!!!! (At least not for a long, long time!)
