My mom used to say that to me all the time  It is true, that nothing stays the same. There any volunteer work around where you are? Don't isolate and feel bad, get out be around friends and family as much as you can.
Posting on here is a good idea. Someone has gone thru what you are now and can give you their experience.
Just don't pick up over this, it'll make you feel worse.
A problem shared is half repaired. it takes a mature person to come out and say they don't feel right. I stuffed all emotions while drinking. The first year or so of my recovery sucked. Even a bad day now is a good day compared to the hell I escaped from.
You see how much everyone cares for you on here. That's nice to know

wow, thanks everyone, I feel well hugged Its morning now and when I posted this it was late at night, so too late to do much, so I talked to a friend on the phone, talked to my daughter who just bubbles when I talk about my sobreity then I read a book and I feel better now but as Chy said I need to do things, hard to do outside stuff as after work its dark and freezing and currently raining, but I am working at home today and have started early, so that I can do some physical work later and see some friends.
