one month
It has been one month since my last drink, I really didnt think I could go this far and I know I have a long way to go. I feel great even though I still am not sleeping all the time. I feel like a new man, I am thinking straight and I feel great physically and emotionally. I wish I would of done this along time ago.

That is awsome one month, yesssssssssssssssssssss I am proud of you and I am proud of all of us who can stay sober and clean for today. It is not easy but we can do the deal if we really want too. And as far as the sleep, one thing that helps me is to take a personal inventory at night before I go to sleep and see if I have harmed anyone by my words, actions, etc. Then I can usually sleep ok but I have a real hard time still sleeping I might get 4 or 5 hours a night if that and I am usually up 3 times during that period but I know that it does get better just hang in there.

Way to go Okietiger!!!!!!! I just finished my 14th day yesterday, so I'm 2 weeks right behind you. It really does feel great being sober. No hangovers, saving $15 a day, (that adds up quick!), we can remember yesterday, we can think clearer, and the list just goes on & on!
Not many good things we can say for being drunk is there?

hmmm sleep can't remember WHAT that is lol just kidding! It gets better and that saying "ONE DAY AT A TIME" saved my life once I REALLY understood it! CONGRATS! you are a walking miracle!! Take Care!!!
