chat room

How can I register,I need to join and recive help.
To explain myself I was doing well,not now!Have been haveing slips and now going through Dt's.I cant eat much,I shake,get diera and vomit.then all the panic attacks freeze me alone at home craveing more beer to try and help.I have a good life when I stay sober but just cant seem to string it more the a few months.My g/f is pregnet and I have to get better soon.
Please Help!!

Hi slyguy welcome to SR. To get into teh chat room simply click on the chat link and enter the username and password you use for these forums.

Times of online meetings can be found at the top of the forum or in the Miscellaneous forum under 'chat and online meetings'.

Hi Vince,
The first time in CLEAR your name from the log in screen, THEN click on register. That should do it, if not check out the FAQ thread on the Chat and Online meetings Forum near the bottom of the main forum page.

I am sober 3 days now and still cant get it??I feel so dumb these days and long nights dont help it.Thx you all for the help,hopefully soon I will get my brain working again.

Go here, click on register bar on bottom when done, then try logging in using the "chat" button on the blue navigation bar across the forums.

Doing better each day.Is day 5 today!!I still depresed and panic attacks but slowly getting my head on straight.Thanks all for asking,and Please keep up all the help us newbys need it alot.
