Hi,
Well is 8 days for me and I am feeling much better than I was. Sill not perfect, and have no idea what normal is, but am feelin much better. It seems as though the worst of the withdrawel is over, which is also scary, b/c I know from having gone through this before that as soon as the good feelings come back and I forget how miserable was, that is when I start thinking I can use, just a little. Hopefully this thim, with the strength of NA I can do this.

Well, another friend informed me that "normal" is a setting on the washer machine!
Glad you are feeling better. Keep it only one day at a time, ok? You CAN do this....
