Hi,
Well I am on day 3, and still physically not feeling to great and am off to work. I have felt worse at work them this before by my own doing so hopefully I can have a good day clean. it is the anxiety that kills m, I had one panic attack years ago when I tried to get clean now I am always thinking I am going to have another one. Well thanks for listening.

Congratulations on your new beginning. Don't drink any caffeine! You can buy calming teas like Tension Tamer with St. John's Wort to help with the anxiety.
Most of all, Please believe the anxiety will pass and you can succeed in beginning a new and better life for yourself!

(((((((Christine)))))))) You are doing what you need to be doing. And don't forget to breathe. It is amazing what a few deep breaths, in through the nose, out through the mouth, can do for anxiety. Keep on keepin' on!

Well done on those 3 days. Practice breathing and then try to take moments during the day to calm your thinking and try to find peace within yourself. You'll continue to feel better as long as you continue to make the right choices. You are well on your way!
